  • The luxurious apartment located in a Tsim Sha Tsui skyscraper has been equipped with a comprehensive and advanced smart home system that can be controlled remotely from anywhere. Integrated with the Control Free platrorm, the system encompasses devices of different brands and signal types, all of which can be controlled efficiently through intelligent, cross-system scene functions. Last but not least, it also uses final touch equipment to complement the luxurious design of the flat.

Scope of work

  • Wireless lighting control system, which reduces half of the conduit and wiring cost

  • Control of all lighting, 0-10V dimming controls and curtains within the home

  • Control of all devices and systems with the Control Free App

  • Scene presets on Vitrea keypads

  • Touch glass panels

  • One-click multisystem (lighting, curtain, A/C, Hi-Fi) scene controls that are customizable, e.g. control of Vitrea, A/C, Hi-Fi and Philips Hue in one scene

  • Automation of lights with door contact sensors

  • Automation of lighting according to preset schedules

  • Utilization of motion sensors to turn bathroom lights on or off

  • Wi-Fi coverage throughout the home

  • One tiny smart hub to connect all devices and systems with no physical server required
